A Splash Of Luxury

36 residential guests + up to 10 non residential guests

If you are looking for an intimate location for a houseparty, you have arrived at the right place. We offer a relaxed home-from-home atmosphere with a splash of luxury for those of you wanting tranquil, quality time with friends and family.

The houseparty package includes all 18 bedrooms sleeping 36 guests and a catering package including an afternoon welcome reception with bubbly and canapés followed by a four course dinner in the evening. We will welcome you from 3pm on the day of arrival and will say good-bye to you the following morning after breakfast and a good night’s sleep.

Additional non residential guests will just be charged for catering.

Exclusive Hire – Overview

Burleigh Court is available for exclusive use midweek and at selected times of year, offering complete privacy for house parties, celebrations and retreats.

  • Midweek exclusive hire available year-round
  • Peak season: May to September
  • Off-peak season: October to April
  • Weekend exclusive hire for house parties requires a minimum two-night stay.

Exclusive hire typically includes dinner, bed and breakfast, with menus tailored to your occasion.
