Fireside Setting

This warm timber chalet offers a cosy, fireside setting where you can watch our chefs at work — grilling prime local meats, seasonal vegetables and sourdough pizzas over oak and cherry-wood flames. The theatre of fire is all part of the experience.

🧀 New this season: indulge in our Cotswolds Cheese Fondue & Alpine Favourites — a bubbling, sharable delight made with local cheeses, artisan bread and pickled gherkins. Served every Friday & Saturday evening, it’s a dining ritual that brings together local ingredients and Alpine-inspired flavours.

Inside, the Bothy glows with flickering candlelight, rustic wooden tables and soft throws, wrapping guests in warmth as the scent of woodsmoke mingles with hearty flavours. It’s a place to slow down, share good food and savour the simple pleasure of the season.
